Brand refresh and repositioning
Positioning, voice and visual system, built to hold up without you in the room.
Most brands do not have a branding problem, they have a consistency problem. The logo is fine. Then the menu is set in a different typeface, the feed follows whatever looked good in spring, the website promises excellence and the front desk says something else entirely. Every piece was approved by someone. Nobody ever wrote down what the brand sounds like, so each new person guessed, and the guesses drifted.

FAQ
We already have a logo. Do we need all of this?
Often not. If the mark works we keep it and build the rest of the system around it. That version of the project is shorter and costs less.
How long does it take?
Six to ten weeks for a full system. Positioning and voice come first and the visual work follows, because designing before the position is settled means designing twice.
Who writes the copy?
We do. Voice is part of the identity, so the messaging framework and the visual system are built together rather than passed between two teams.
What do we get at the end?
Source files, export-ready assets and a guideline covering logo use, palette, typography, photography and tone, with real applications rather than abstract rules.
Can you work with our existing designer?
Yes. The guideline is written to be used by people who were not in the room when it was made, and a handover session is included.
Does this include the website?
The guideline defines how the site should look and sound. Designing and building it is a separate scope, usually the next project.
