Renewals, licences and vendor management
The systems your business runs on, set up once and looked after.
The tools arrive one at a time. Payments were set up by whoever built the old site, half the team is still on personal mail, the files sit in someone's Drive behind a link anyone can open, and the domain renews on a card that expired last year. None of it is a problem until the day one of them stops, and then nobody knows who has the password.

FAQ
Do we have to move everything at once?
No. We start with the audit and move things in an order that keeps the business running, usually payments and email first, files and hosting after.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Everything sits in your name on your billing and we work inside it. If we part ways you keep all of it, and the handover takes a day.
What does the security audit cover?
Access rights, two-factor, shared passwords, public links to private files and anything still open to people who have left. You get the fixes, not only the findings.
How often do you back things up?
Daily for anything that changes daily, and we test a restore every quarter. A backup nobody has ever restored from is a guess.
Can you take payments for subscriptions and merch?
Yes, that is part of it. We set up the processing, the recurring billing and the reporting, and connect it to whatever sells: the website, the booking engine or the shop.
What if something breaks out of hours?
Anything that stops payments or email is dealt with the same day. Everything else goes into the monthly cycle in a clear order.
